Dalkita recently partnered with Cardinal Sin Distillery and Little Hills Architecture to design a small distillery in downtown St. Charles MO. The distillery cleverly converts an existing small garage into a fully operational distillery. The design features control area rooms to remain under MAQs and remain compliant and safe!
