The tasting room is compact but carefully crafted, blending old-world warmth with a clean, modern sensibility. Indirect lighting plays a central role in setting the atmosphere: cove lighting above exposed beams and atop the wainscoting washes the space in a soft, ambient glow that invites guests to slow down and stay awhile.
One of the things we’re most proud of is how closely the finished space mirrors our early design renderings. At Dalkita, we use detailed visualizations to help clients truly see their project before a single nail is driven — so there are no surprises, just confidence.
